I’ve divided my recipes and posts into different moods because the way we’re feeling emotionally has a huge affect on what we eat, and vice versa.
Certain foods make us happy, and not just because they taste good, but because of bio-chemical impact they have on our brains. Chocolate, for instance, makes us instantly happy and then (once that sugar-high’s warn off), crap. So, rather than just sharing chocolate recipes in the ‘I’m depressed’ section, I’ll also try to include foods that make us feel good in the longterm.
